Joon is a second collaboration tea blend with Chai Affairs ! This tea blend centers around quince which is not only a fruit often used in jam but something used to bless new couples.
I've named the tea Joon, the Persian word for dear.
The blend includes black tea (orange pekoe), dried quince and cardamom
While this is a black tea blend, it has a lot of quince so it's not as strong and has hints of sweetness from the quince!
This tea comes in 1 oz size
Brewing
The suggested brewing is 1 Tsp/8 oz with 100C/212F for 5-10 minutes.
However, please feel free to experiment with more or less tea to your preference!
