The Gaiwan was said to have first appeared in the Ming Dynasty so it's been around for a long time. It is one of my favorite brewing vessels. The simplicity of a bowl with a lid is perfect for tea, especially when the opening is so wide that you can smell the leaves more easily!
This pin design combined my love of the gaiwan and love of the pomegranate together :)
Pin is 1.125" tall with gold plating
Comes with a rubber backer and will ship on a Tea Thoughts branded backing cards and will be wrapped.

I absolutely love this pin! The quality was so much better than I thought it would be. I got a locking back for it so I would never lose it and put it on my bag. :) It’s hard to find beautiful traditional tea things. I’m so glad this exists
This is such a delicate and beautiful pin, I love it!
Great shopping experience! Products are really great!
Even though the pin looks amazing in pictures, it is even prettier in person
